Secure Folder is tiny easy-to-use free folder security software that lets you hide, lock and encrypt folders using 256-bit AES encryption through an intuitive and simple interface.

Secure Folder relies on Windows’ own security settings and simply changes permissions and attributes to lock and hide folders. In "encrypt" mode, files are highly secure. If you want unbreakable encryption for your files, you can choose to 'Encrypt' files. It uses 256-bit AES Encryption which is the most secure method to protect sensitive files. No matter if you move your files to other computers or a different operating system, your 'Encrypted' files will remain protected.

HOW TO LOCK FOLDERS

Lock/Unlock Folders by dragging folder onto Secure Folder.exe

Lock/Unlock Folders from explorer context menu.

 

 

HOW TO RECOVER PASSWORD IF LOST OR FORGOTTEN
For Secure Folder 5.1 and above, click on "Forgot password" link on login screen and click "Yes" to get your password on your email id.
